Mike has served the Western Suburbs of Chicagoland as an enthusiastic teacher of the great game of tennis since 2014. Mike began as a teaching pro at Courts Plus where he is still on staff. This will be his third summer at HEBT. Mike has been certified by the USPTA to work with players of all ages and levels and he has mentored players from innumerable backgrounds. His favorite part of coaching is sharing a passion for tennis with people of all levels and all walks of life.
Matt started teaching tennis in 2006 while studying to be a physical education teacher. Since then, he has worked part time at several tennis clubs in the Western Suburbs while teaching PE at the K-5 level. Matt has been the tennis director for the Clarendon Hills Park District for the past seven years and taught at Huntington Commons for the many years. He enjoys working with players of all ages and skill levels. Matt has a masters degree in physical education and is PTR certified.
Blake has been teaching tennis professionally in the Chicagoland area for eight seasons, getting his start originally at the Oakbrook Racquet and Fitness Club. He currently teaches at a few local indoor and summer tennis clubs, including the Naperville Tennis Club. He played varsity Division I tennis in the Midwest and still maintains an incredible passion for the game. His favorite tennis shot is the backhand volley. At home he enjoys spending time with his wife and being a father.
